Is this Christianity? Is this how a Bishop of the Serbian Orthodox Church treats his priest and his family?

The recording from December 5th is painful, difficult, and emotionally exhausting to watch. But the truth must come to light.
A man who should be a shepherd, an example of humility, love, and fatherly care, has shown a complete absence of basic human dignity and pastoral responsibility. While swearing by the canons and church order, his behavior and actions toward the priest and his family show that he has completely lost his compass and forgotten what it even means to be a bishop.
Watch the video and judge for yourselves whether this behavior is worthy of episcopal rank, or a disgrace to the entire Church.
